While in Oconomowoc for the recent Dr. Beasley’s FOD training, Mike was caught on camera placing two OPD officers under citizens arrest for patrolling in a scratched and swirled out cruiser.
Asked why he would take such extreme action, Mike shook his head in disgust and exclaimed “The condition of that paint was criminal…”
