Clear coat fail or?

Thanks for the advice, am about ready to tackle this. Also have some scratches that will polish out. Have Dr Beasley Nano Resin MX. After polishing the high spots and scratches, how would you handle the ceramic coating? Perhaps a year old.

Normal process includes,

1. Wash and dry car
2. Inspect for above surface bonded contamination via the Baggie Test - Clay if needed
3. Machine polish all painted surfaces - ensures paint is clean and bare
4. Wipe car down with Paint Coating Buidler
5. Install the Nano-Resin MX
