Matte Paint Cleanser on non-glossy, non-textured plastic?

Do you know if this is alright to use on non-glossy, non-textured plastic to remove tar, insects, etc? (Out of sunlight, without letting it dry).

(I don't have an inconspicuous spot to test )

I think you're safe to use this on non-matte paint. The key being with this or any APC or Degreaser, is to not let these types of products dry on the surface, especially in full sun.
