Your opportunity to get your products into the HANDS of students taking my classes
I think it's pretty well established in the car and boat detailing world, that my classes are in fact, the most hands-on classes on planet Earth.
Here's a great example from one of my Roadshow Classes. No chairs, no sitting just people learning by doing.
Here's an example from one of my boat detailing classes - all-hands-on!
This means, when people take any class I'm teaching, instead of sitting in chairs watching a PowerPoint presentation, they are on their feet using their hands (and brains), and obviously tools, pads and products on cool cars and large boats in horrible condition. There's nothing wrong with taking a class where you go through a PowerPoint Presentation looking at picture and listening to the instructors impart great information. I USED TO TEACH THESE STYLE OF CLASSES. So no offense to anyone that teaches what I call an Academic Class.
Over the decades, I've found the below,
ONE - I cover too many topics, techniques, tools, products and pads that I had to make a choice, - teach an academic class and then try to squeeze in garage time using the things we learned in the classroom
or
TWO - Skip the PowerPoint Presentation and instead of looking and talking about the tools, products, pads, topics and techniques - simply go out to the garage, put these things into people's hands and SHOW them how to use them.
I chose the second option because the most important thing to me when I have people PAYING money to come to one of my classes is that when they leave, they need to know what to do. By this I mean, whether its a car or a boat, it should never be a mystery as to what needs to be done to get the detail job right.
So I teach hands-on classes. We start early. There are no formal breaks outside a short lunch break and then back to work.
The problem
The problem with cancelling this class is the people that signed-up for this class scheduled their lives and finances around leaving their home state, traveling to Stuart, Florida because they are EXCITED to take the type of hands-on boat detailing class I teach and I'm not going to be the person that lets them down.
AutoForge scheduled a boat detailing class for Saturday, June 10th and Sunday June 11th. AutoForge cancelled this class and refunded everyone's money, which was $1,195.00 per person. However, these people also had airline, car and hotel reservations that were not all refundable.
The Solution
I didn't want to let any of these people down, I felt the professional thing to do was to honor their time and resources that they have invested into taking my class. I scrambled to find not only a new location, but a better location to continue holding this class. My good and long-time friend, Wilfredo Teron was elated to make his shop available for this upcoming class and all future classes.
Your opportunity
Knowing how my classes function, I'm looking for tools, pads and products for my upcoming class next weekend. I know this is short notice, but I've never let my own disability or any other obstacle stop me from accomplishing my goal.
Here's what I need to hold a 5-Star Class
First, I can source all these things at local stores like Harbor Freight, AutoZone, NAPA, etc. but I have great relationships with so many people in our industry that I would love to make the offer for you to get your companies products in the hands of people eager to use them and get to know your brand.
Marketing
I'm also really good at taking pictures and videos showing happy people having fun using YOUR products. There's a lot of classes out there, but I put an extreme focus on visually sharing your brand.
Wish List
Here's what I need delivered to our new shop on or before next Friday, June 9th
Chemicals

Rotary Polishers
Orbital Polishers

Sanding discs
Mirka Abralon Sanding Discs or something similar
Interface pads
Microfiber towels

Normal things
Things like extension cords, I've personally recommended the ProLock cords for years now, it would be great for ProLock to take advantage of this opportunity and send me some 25' and 50' cords. Swirl finder lights, spurs, pad cleaning brushes, etc. If it's a tool or product needed to clean and polish cars and boats - we will teach people how to use them and showcase them on all forms of social media.
